Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
1. Introduction
LeadFox Business Solutions ("LeadFox," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, company name, and any message you submit through our contact form.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs.
- Device Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and Tracking: We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services.
- Improve and optimize our website and user experience.
- Send relevant communications about our services, where you have opted in.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our marketing operations services.
4. Information Sharing & Third-Party Vendors
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share specific data with the following vendors, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting / CDN — United States). Receives request metadata (IP address, user agent, page paths) for site delivery and security. Data processing terms: vercel.com/legal/dpa.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States; data may be processed in EU regions). Receives anonymized usage data — page views, scroll depth, time on page, custom events such as CTA clicks and form submissions, first-touch traffic source. We use IP anonymization. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is sent to GA4. Consent Mode v2 is implemented: for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are denied by default until explicit consent is granted. Privacy terms: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, United States). Receives anonymized usage data and may capture session recordings (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) for usability research. Form fields and text inputs are masked by default — no name, email, or message content is captured. Gated on the same consent signal as Google Analytics (denied by default for EEA/UK/CH visitors). Privacy terms: privacy.microsoft.com.
- Web3Forms (Web3Forms.com — global). Receives the contents of contact form submissions (name, email, company, message) and forwards them to LeadFox via email. We pass attribution metadata (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page) alongside form submissions for our own analysis. Privacy terms: web3forms.com/privacy.
- Google Sheets (Google LLC). When configured, receives a copy of each contact form submission for record-keeping and analysis. Restricted to LeadFox staff via service-account access.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We have data processing agreements (DPAs) in place with vendors that process personal data on our behalf. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international data transfers.
4a. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The cookies and similar storage we use, by purpose:
- Strictly necessary: session cookies used by Vercel for security and load balancing. These do not require consent.
- Analytics (denied by default in EEA/UK/CH): Google Analytics (`_ga`, `_gid`, `_ga_*` cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (`_clck`, `_clsk` cookies) for traffic measurement and usability research. You can opt out via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
- Local storage (first-party only): we store first-touch attribution (UTM parameters, referrer) in your browser's localStorage so that if you later submit our contact form, we can attribute the lead to its original traffic source. This data never leaves your browser unless you choose to submit the contact form.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral retargeting cookies, or third-party social media tracking pixels.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request portability of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
