What kinds of companies do you work with?

Mid-market and enterprise B2B in cybersecurity, fintech, martech, B2B SaaS, and healthcare. Typical revenue range: $20M-$500M ARR. We don't do B2C, e-commerce, or DTC.

Which marketing automation platforms do you work with?

Marketo Engage and HubSpot Marketing Hub. We also migrate teams off Pardot and Eloqua onto Marketo or HubSpot. We don't work with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or B2C/SMB tools.

How much does a LeadFox engagement cost?

Scope-dependent. Engagements span targeted audits, fixed-price projects, monthly retainers, and outsourced operations. We quote after a scoping call rather than publish rates. Request a quote.

What's the smallest engagement you'll take?

A targeted audit. Below that we'll refer you to a freelancer or platform partner. Our cost structure is built for senior-architect-led work, not for tasks under that threshold.

How do scoping calls work?

30-minute calls, free, no commitment. Some end with us recommending a different agency, freelancer, or platform partner. If we're not the right fit, we say so on the call.

Can you start immediately?

Audits: 1-2 weeks lead time. Projects: 2-4 weeks. Retainers: 3-week onboarding before active work.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, always. Your NDA or our standard MNDA. Signed before any platform review.

Where is LeadFox based?

Headquartered in Israel. Team works across Israel, EMEA, US, and APAC. We work with clients globally and across time zones.

Do you offer named-client references?

Yes, on request under MNDA. Several clients will take a reference call once scoping is underway and MNDA is signed.

What if we need a platform you don't work with?

We'll tell you on the scoping call and refer you to a specialist who does. We focus on Marketo and HubSpot because we can deliver senior expertise on each.
